Property Management

We have a dedicated department within our office dealing exclusively with property management. This management is usually undertaken on behalf of the owners of blocks of flats and involves the day-to-day organisation of repairs, maintenance, gardening, cleaning, insurance, etc. Service charge budgets are prepared, agreed and flat owners invoiced for the works undertaken on their behalf.

We currently manage blocks throughout Tenby and the surrounding area, as far as Brecon.
