Birt & Co has been owned and run by the same family for 60 years. The firm was established in 1947 by Charles Birt and taken over in 1990 by his son, Giles Birt, to continue the strongly-founded principles of professionalism and integrity.

As Tenby's only firm of Chartered Surveyors we provide a wide range of services designed to give our clients a one-stop shop for all property-related issues.
